My name is Heidi MacEwen. I am the owner of the Total Body Yoga & Pilates Fitness Studio in Granby, MA. Prior to opening my own studio, I worked for several years as a group fitness instructor with Julie Miller as my director and mentor. After opening my Yoga & Pilates fitness studio I knew that I wanted to enhance my offerings to my members and once more reached out to Julie for her guidance and direction. Under her mentorship and leadership I became a coach to incorporate a nutrition program into my studio to offer to my members and expand my reach outside the four ways of my studio for both nutrition and fitness. This was the best step that I could have taken in creating the overall health & wellness facility that I was striving for and by adding this MLM component into my business has in fact generated enough residual income to cover the cost of the studio’s monthly rent and then some! In addition to the income generated and probably more importantly I have found my own health improved and that both myself and my family have benefited health wise greatly from using the products ourselves.
I am so thankful to Julie for presenting this opportunity to me, for encouragement and leadership as I continue to grow my business. She is a wealth of information and support. She is always available to chat with one on one to help provide direction and to brainstorm together as new ideas and programs are developed and released to offer to my members and customers.
