“I just completed a 21 Day detox/cleanse program with 3 other women and we all had incredible results. I lost 9 pounds and 7 inches overall!!! I had been having some issues with food lately, cramps, bloating, and felt like something wasn’t sitting right in my stomach. I felt this was an opportunity to cleanse my “gut” and slowly reintroduce foods back in to see what was causing me the discomfort… This wasn’t a starvation diet or gimmick. It was based on nutritional science and eating the right foods – a variety of veggies and fruit and plant based protein that rid my body of toxins and instead, filled my gut with healthy prebiotics and probiotics that help in the digestion and fueling of cells. “Boy has my life changed! Two years of retirement and age 57 but my weight kept climbing and I knew enough was enough! I started to go to the gym because I was determined to lose weight. I was weighing in at 180 and am only 5’1”! I was not happy at all!!! Julie Miller saw my determination and cared enough to ask me about my eating habits. Breakfast was just not my thing and she gently advised me that exercising without fueling my body was not going to get me any results. I listened one month and 12 pounds lighter, I realized that Julie was right! Lesson learned, breakfast is important! I was sooo excited to take part in a 21 day healthy eating program that Julie sponsored. More lessons learned: it takes 21 days to change your eating habits; the 80/20 rule is real – for weight loss, it’s 80% what you eat and 20% exercise; I learned to read labels – stay away from processed foods, stick to items with 5 ingredients or less and definitely nothing with an ingredient you can’t pronounce! Bottom line, I lost 57 pounds in less than a year! I am proud to say that I will be turning 61 next month and I have kept the weight off! I continue to learn and Julie continues to nurture, encourage and teach me! In the roller coaster of life, Julie continues to take the ride with me! “I absolutely love the Pledge To Be Healthy with Julie group. When it comes to weight loss, everybody has a story. My story is, I am certain, like a lot of other women’s stories. But a few months ago, when I felt like I was at my lowest, this little smiling face popped up on Facebook and everything she was saying about weight loss, struggles, nutrition and exercise just made sense. Even though I discovered Julie’s free challenge group in February this year, I would still say I am at the beginning of my journey. In February, my sister was losing a very short battle with liver cancer and Julie’s free online challenge offered a way to connect with a community of women trying to find their way back to their best health. She is completely engaged with her group and is super motivating. In May I joined a formal online challenge group led by coach Julie Miller and I LOVE IT! She spent one-to-one time with me on the phone before the challenge started which was terrific because I live half way across the US. She made the challenge approachable and supports me with timely information on numerous issues from food prep, to portion control and ways to adapt exercises if you have old injuries. I’m now down 8 lbs since I found Julie in February, I’m eating cleaner, I’m sharing daily shake recipes with other group members which helps my cravings and energy, and I am exercising regularly. “I have been a dancer my whole life, and I was always an avid exerciser but never could stay with something for too long. I am naturally quick paced and easily bored! But once I hit 40 years old into my 50’s, I had trouble maintaining my weight. My weight kept increasing for years, at one point I gained 65 lbs. I became very stressed and ill. This made it hard to live
with everyday life. Mentally, I lacked self-confidence and felt horrible about myself.

I started at one day a week and now I workout every day as my new lifestyle. If you have met Julie or the people she trains, you would understand why. And to have her challenge groups is icing on the cake! It is without a doubt the best part of my day. I’ve lost 70 lbs and I am the healthiest and most physically fit I have ever been in my life. Today, I have never felt stronger, more capable, or as physically fit than I do
right now. Julie has created a supportive and encouraging environment. She creates an atmosphere of support, positivity, and tough love.. everything I needed to succeed. “My name is Sherry and I would like to share my personal experience and success that I have had since having Julie Miller as my Personal Coach. I have known Julie through taking some of her classes at my local gym. I spoke to her about wanting to lose some weight, not much, about 5-10lbs, but more than that to tone my body and maybe lose inches more than weight.  My husband and I were heading to Hawaii in a few months and I wanted to see a difference but did not have much time to do it in. I also expressed to her that I felt my body needed a change in workouts. I have always worked out but like most people out there working and holding down a house and children,  I would always find an excuse that I just don’t have the time tonight or say 2-3x a week to workout is enough and I found myself doing the same workouts and not seeing much difference in my body. Julie reached out to me and mentioned some changes that could help me in my eating habits and my workouts and maybe trying some shakes to curb my appetite during the day and switching up my workouts would help me see results and see them quickly.  She contacted me about some different but short workouts, some only 22min or 30 min tops, that would definitely change my body and that I would see results from the workouts she was suggesting. She then sent me an email to download an app that would help to keep me on track and keep me accountable for each day throughout the next 30 days. The app would automatically pop up on my phone saying you have not logged a workout or a shake yet, again to help keep me accountable, but also a great reminder to get that workout in, I mean everyone has 22 min in a day that they can dedicate to themselves to work out right ? Also, throughout this 30 days Julie posted everyday on the app a little bit of encouragement and really helpful tips to keep me focused on my weightless journey.  She also would give some ideas and recipes for easier meal preparation, which was great! I am very thankful to Julie and happy to report that after 30 days I have lost an inch from my arms, thighs, waist and hips and lost 5lbs, and went from a size 8 to a size 6. Again, my goal was to tone not necessarily to lose weight. I want to also add that Julie has one of the best personalities to be a Personal Coach. She was dedicated to making sure I would stay on track by sending personal messages to me, checking in with me, but very caring in the way she helped me have the success I have had.   Julie has not only been my Personal Coach but has become a friend to me and I would recommend her to anyone looking for that success story and also gain the confidence needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.”

“Julie has helped me so much with losing weight. I am so thankful for her!   In 2008 I had had a gastro bypass which got me started on my weight loss journey. I had lost 200 lbs. Then slowly regained 100 lbs. Was at a loss on how to get back on track , or how to start losing the weight I needed to loss. With Julie’s help I have lost 21 lbs.  I feel better than I have in a very long time. I have gotten back on track with all her support. Julies challenge group has been so motivating. I was given information on what meal plans to go to. What exercises would help me most at my stage in my weight loss. The daily nutritional shake has given me what I have needed.  My blood pressure had been increasing, but after starting the program with Julie, I went to the doctor and it had decreased!!!
