What better way to start and/or finish your day?!? Enjoy Vinyasa Flow (for all levels) in the fresh air and sunshine. Empowered Yoga uses creative sequences where no two classes are ever alike. You’ll get to do yoga outside at the Rotary Pavilion (rain or shine), breathing in the fresh air, and enjoy a more spiritual experience that yogis will love. This class will conclude with Savasana, embracing the beautiful outdoors. Modifications and variations are offered to satisfy beginner and advance yogis. Bring a mat, water and any props to support your practice; such as, blocks, knee pads, or even a sweat shirt for savasana. Classes held Monday evenings @ 5:30pm.

This class is a athletic approach to a mind/body fitness workout. It blends standing Pilates, ballet, PiYo, controlled calisthenic movements, and more, to focus on your CORE, balance, and posture as you burn fat and calories! You will need a yoga mat, towel and water for class.

This is a 60 minute a low impact conditioning workout with easy-to-follow moves and motivating music, so you can turn up the energy and let yourself go! We use our own body resistance as we move throughout class to burn calories and tone you up! Don’t forget your sweat towel and water!
