Grab your towel, water bottle and *A Game* to this workout with 21 Day Fix and Fix Extreme creator Autumn Calabrese. This quick and sweaty workout uses some dumbbells. If you don’t have weights at home, grab bottles of water!! (not empty 🤣🤣)

This is only ONE circuit and about a 15 Minute KILLER workout! Take any options/modifications you need.
